Contribute to corporate strategy, strategic planning, business planning.Work with management consultants, business development and finance groups.

Become a member of a strategic team and gain immediate exposure to enterprise-level planning with national and international investment discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management & Business Planning

Own and maintain core performance views across actuals, plan, and forecast

Analyze results vs. Plan / Forecast / Prior Year, explaining key drivers and implications

Support annual operating plan and rolling forecast cycles; help teams stay aligned to targets

Executive Reporting & Storytelling

Build executive-ready materials in Excel/PowerPoint to support timely decisions

Convert analysis into clear options, trade-offs, and next-step recommendations

Strategic Planning & Portfolio Support

Support short-, mid-, and long-term strategy development, track execution progress

Help review and refresh business portfolio priorities as customer, sales, and market conditions evolve

Conduct market sensing across customers, competitors, and industry trends

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partners with cross-functional teams to surface issues early, align stakeholders, and drive closure.

Help run planning/strategy operating rhythms (meeting agendas, pre-reads, decisions, and follow-ups)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required

Strong foundation in financial analysis (variance analysis, forecasting, scenario thinking; basic modeling)

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Clear, concise communicator; comfortable presenting to leadership

Structured problem-solver who can break down ambiguous business questions and drive to insight

Experience in B2B environments: manufacturing/industrial goods or energy/automation

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data triangulation across multiple sources

Exposure to digital transformation initiatives (AI, data/analytics, smart factory, digital services)
