WalkMe Implementation & Adoption Lead

Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is seeking a WalkMe Implementation Manager to lead the Change and Adoption team's WalkMe capability. You will drive digital adoption initiatives across Flight Centre Brand, focusing on strategy, governance, and value delivery with strong UX and training emphasis.

You will coordinate with the FCB PMO, Operations and Learning & Development to execute a holistic adoption strategy, manage the WalkMe backlog, and coach a team of Digital Adoption Specialists.
