The Role • Act as the primary operational contact for the team, ensuring daily plans and objectives are met. • Oversee and coach teams to achieve key departmental targets, including sales and promotions. • Conduct and ensure compliance with departmental audits (e.g., accommodation, food safety, sales). • Drive add-on sales, promotions, and ensure product availability for guests. • Monitor and maintain high guest experience standards, capturing feedback and driving NPS improvements. • Support and develop team members throughout their employee lifecycle, including performance management and training. What You'll Need • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to coach and develop teams. • Excellent attention to detail for auditing and observational tasks. • Extensive guest-facing experience, adept at handling diverse queries and complaints. • Experience in driving sales and promotions to meet key objectives. • Must be adaptable and able to work across multiple departments based on operational needs. • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels.
