The reviewer will analyze user messages and assign one of the labels.
The role requires attention to detail, good reading comprehension, and the ability to follow instructions consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Review user queries in an Excel workbook
Assign the correct routing label based on provided guidelines
Validate and correct existing labels when necessary
Follow review rules and quality standards
Handle ambiguous cases using defined policies
Maintain high accuracy and consistency across reviews
Record comments for complex cases when required
Required Skills
Strong English reading and comprehension skills
Good analytical and decision-making ability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines
Basic knowledge of computers, printers, Windows, and web applications
Comfortable working with Excel or spreadsheets
