Job Description:

Description and Location
Salesforce support and vendor tech liaison for Service Cloud and CRM Analytics

Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Developer (B2) with 4-6 years of IT experience and 2-3 years in Marketing/Sales Cloud to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and automation solutions.

Key Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder, experience in Salesforce's Command Line Interface
Proficiency in Apex and CRM Analytics
Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS (Server Side JavaScript), SQL queries, and API integrations for data management and personalization
Experience with data extensions, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analytics
Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions while following Marketing Cloud best practices and data governance standards

Office-Based Working: This role requires 100% office-based working - 12-hour service window (07:00-19:00 UK time/08:00-20:00 CET).
On-Call Support: Participation in a rotational on-call support schedule is required
