Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare applications.
Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.
Build predictive models for clinical decision support, disease prediction, patient risk stratification, and operational optimization.
Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate healthcare problems into AI solutions.
Develop NLP models for clinical notes and medical documentation.
Evaluate model performance and ensure robustness, fairness, and explainability.
Stay current with advances in AI, healthcare informatics, and biomedical research.
Publish research findings or contribute to patents where applicable.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.

Required Qualifications
Master''s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Informatics, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or a related field.
3–8+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI.
Experience with healthcare datasets such as:
Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Claims data
Medical imaging
Clinical notes
Wearable device data
Strong knowledge of:
Machine Learning
Deep Learning
NLP
Time-series forecasting
Statistical modeling
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with SQL and big data tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
