Job Description: Salesforce CRM CoE Lead


Core Experience & Skills:


The Salesforce CRM CoE Lead will spearhead the client's Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative - driving demand shaping, team structuring, commercial definition, operating model design, hiring, and service delivery initiation. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the Infosys team, requiring deep Salesforce domain expertise, strong CRM/CoE SME capabilities, and the ability to influence and build relationships with C-level executives

  • Establish and lead a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), including defining frameworks, best practices, and delivery /governance
  • Design and implement Salesforce-centric solutions and technical architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds
  • Define and enforce standards for data architecture, integrations, and security models within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for Salesforce transformation initiatives
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing offshore team comprising architects, developers, and consultants
  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, provide solutioning, and support pre-sales activities
  • Define and execute the strategy for building, scaling, and maturing the Salesforce practice
  • Education: Any Bachelor's/master's degree+ MBA (preferred)
  • Mandatory Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect and Salesforce Certified Application Architect
  • Team: Have led a team of approximately 10 to 30
  • Industry: Financial Services (FINS), with a focus on Insurance and Banking sectors
  • Location: Bangalore (preferred), Pune, Hyderabad is also fine.
