Salesforce Test Analyst

 Salesforce QA/testing: 6 years (Required).
 Salesforce Service Cloud: 4 years (Required).
 Azure DevOps Test Suite: 4 years (Required).
 Nice CXone or other CCaaS Testing: 4 years (Preferred/Optional).
 SQL: 1 year (Preferred/Optional).
 Selenium/Test Automation or other Test automation tools: 1 year (Preferred).
 Experience in State of Michigan or other Government / Public Health Processes and
guidelines (Preferred).
 Should have Salesforce object knowledge such as flows, AppExchange packages,
Lightning, Apex, and Significant QA Experience. This can come either in the form of
real-world experience or actual hands-on background with Salesforce.
 Knowledge of testing/QA best practices
 Ability to create and utilize test scripts.
