Salesforce Lead Developer

Position : Salesforce Consultant

Location : Fremont, CA OR Austin TX (Hybrid)

Skills: Service cloud, Omni channel, Flows & BRD documentation

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other sessions to gather and document detailed functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
• Design Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and other configurations, to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
• Proficiency in Service Cloud is required.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and other features.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as ERPs and marketing automation platforms.
