Business Development Team Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Team Manager, who is passionate about being a strategic partner to our clients. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the operational expert to drive campaign success, improve customer adoption, and identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong Telesales background within a management role and be able to coach, train and supervise a team of lead generators to success. Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail who is target driven in Customer satisfaction.
