Front End Developer with Security Clearance

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Front End Engineer Senior, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the MPO customer. You will play a crucial role in enhancing section 508 accessibility of the current interface as well as redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface. Role Responsibilities: • Support multiple tools to include a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished products and a system for mission-critical published intelligence reports used by the Intelligence Community and partners around the world.
• Collaborate with top tier teams
• Drive 508 accessibility of the current interfaces as well as redeveloping a new frontend to incorporate section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Front End Engineer Senior must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience • Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
• US citizenship required
• Required Technical skills: * Java 8+
* Understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications
* GWT
* Angular
* Primefaces
* Quarkus
* Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Additional desired technical skills may include experience with: * Proficiency with screen readers
* 508/WAI-ARIA knowledge
* Oracle
* Amazon Web Services (AWS)
* Agency reporting and dissemination tools
* Agency classification policies
* Working in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence
