Job Description
You will have already gained 6-30 months Infrastructure M&A experience in a recognised investment bank or reputable boutique and be seeking to advance your career and learning potential.
Key responsibilities:
- The core part of an analyst’s role is to produce complex financial models and valuations and to produce presentations for clients.
- To produce briefing notes and research relating to organisations.
- Synthesis and interpretation of data, to present a complete picture of an organisation or sector.
- Supporting transaction execution by providing analysis and research.
Required skills:
- Strong academic record (at least a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a leading institution)
- Currently an analyst in the infrastructure sector, either in an investment bank or an infrastructure fund
- Experience in executing M&A or Debt transactions in the infrastructure sector
- Strong quantitative skills including experience with financial models
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
