Job Description

• Strong SAP HR functional expertise coveringEmployee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, andHR business processes.
• Ability to engage directly with businessstakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate theminto SAP solutions.
• Good understanding of HR integrations, datamigration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.
• Experience supporting end-to-end projectlifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability tobridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.

SAP Payroll Consultant (ECP / Payroll)

• Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge includingpayroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
• Ability to work directly with payroll businessteams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
• Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation,defect management, and production support activities.
• Good understanding of payroll integrations, timemanagement, finance posting, and downstream systems.
• Able to translate complex payroll businessrequirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technicalteams.

Requirements

• Strong SAP Finance expertise across GeneralLedger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, andFinancial Reporting.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with Financestakeholders and convert business requirements into SAP design solutions.
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance processes,month-end close, controls, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of finance integrations, datamigration, testing, and reporting/analytics requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with theability to work across business, architecture, and technical deliveryteams.
