O365 Infrastructure Engineer - SC Cleared 6-Month Initial Contract | Inside IR35 | PAYE via Umbrella<br />Manchester | 5 Days Onsite per Week Rate: £500-£550 per day inside IR35 We're looking for an experienced O365 / MDM Senior Engineer to join a major UK technology programme, supporting enterprise collaboration, endpoint management and modern workplace services.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role covering Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure and end-user environments, with the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure projects, automation and service improvement. The Role You'll be responsible for:

Monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting enterprise systems, resolving incidents and service requests<br />Supporting the O365 and MDM teams in delivering BAU services and SLA commitments<br />Managing and scheduling technical project activities, working closely with Project Managers to deliver planned outcomes<br />Automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency, reliability and reduce manual error<br />Producing high-quality technical documentation, including HLDs and service/toolset configuration documentation<br />Taking a lead role in new IT infrastructure and modern workplace projects<br />Sharing technical knowledge and best practice across client environments<br />Providing senior-level technical support across collaborative systems, applications and standard operating environments Key Skills &amp; Experience Strong experience across:

Microsoft 365 / M365<br />Microsoft Intune / MDM<br />Azure<br />End-user computing and desktop support<br />Microsoft Office applications<br />SharePoint<br />Microsoft Teams<br />Enterprise mobile/device management<br />Smartphone and handset configuration and management<br />Enterprise smart-device platforms, including BlackBerry UEM and Android<br />Automation and infrastructure support<br />Technical documentation and HLDsSkype Federation experience is desirable but not essential.
