Salary: 27k- 32k + Commission + Benefits

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Swindon team, specialising in the education sector across Swindon, Wiltshire, and the surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing education professionals across primary, secondary, and SEN schools in the local area. You'll manage both client and candidate relationships, ensuring high-quality placements while contributing to our strong reputation within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent including teachers, teaching assistants, school leaders, and support staff
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local schools and educational institutions
  • Interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and assessing suitability
  • Supporting clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across Swindon and Wiltshire
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role (education experience is a bonus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
