The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Oversee complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers.
• Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports.
• Manage technical and programmatic issues for internal and external customers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 15+ years of experience in a Test Engineering role within a technical environment.
• Proven hands-on experience with Radar systems, including software and hardware integration and testing.
• Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Proficiency in C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development and analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
