About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive - Digital to manage day-to-day client relationships and coordinate the planning and execution of digital communication assignments.

The role requires someone who understands both client servicing and digital execution. You should be able to translate business requirements into clear briefs, coordinate with content and creative teams, review deliverables critically and ensure that projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

You will work across social media, digital campaigns, content planning, reporting and client communication while supporting the growth and performance of assigned accounts.

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
• Understand client businesses, audiences and digital communication objectives
• Develop content calendars, campaign plans, briefs and project timelines
• Coordinate with content, design, video, website and digital media teams
• Review content, creatives and campaign deliverables before client submission
• Track feedback, approvals, deadlines and project dependencies
• Prepare client presentations, meeting notes, reports and campaign summaries
• Monitor social media and campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct competitor, audience and industry research
• Stay informed about digital platforms, content formats and social media trends
• Support influencer campaigns, paid media coordination and performance reporting
• Contribute to proposals, pitches and account-growth opportunities
• Use AI-enabled tools for research, ideation, planning and productivity

What We Are Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, account management or integrated communications
• Must have prior experience in a digital, advertising, branding, PR or communications agency
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content, campaign execution, influencer marketing and performance marketing
• Experience managing clients, content calendars and multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create clear briefs, presentations, reports and client-facing documents
• Working knowledge of digital analytics and performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving ability
• Confidence in interacting with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ability to evaluate work critically and provide constructive feedback

Experience in healthcare, MedTech, education or other regulated sectors will be an advantage.
