About the Opportunity

An innovative, publicly traded company is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support communications with the investment community and broader capital markets stakeholders. The organisation operates in a dynamic and evolving sector, with a strong focus on growth, strategic execution and long-term value creation.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain exposure across investor relations, capital markets, corporate strategy and financial communications. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will play an important role in delivering investor engagement activities and supporting communications with shareholders, analysts and other market participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engagement with institutional and retail investors, analysts and market participants.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, briefing documents and external communications.
  • Monitor market trends, analyst commentary and relevant peer and industry developments.
  • Conduct research and produce market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, events and other engagement activities.
  • Maintain investor records, databases and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in external communications.
  • Support the preparation of materials for earnings announcements and other corporate updates.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investment banking, consulting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of financial markets and capital markets activities.
  • Progress toward a professional qualification (e.g., CFA or equivalent) would be advantageous.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain first-hand exposure to strategic decision-making within a publicly listed company.

The successful candidate will develop broad experience across investor relations, capital markets, corporate strategy and financial communications while building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The position offers significant scope for professional development and career progression within a collaborative, high-performing environment, alongside a competitive compensation and benefits package.
