Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Ernakulam. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including startups, small businesses, and remote teams seeking virtual office or coworking solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and presenting KommonSpace's services to prospective clients. The role involves managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for virtual office and coworking customers. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, gather market feedback, and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility in the Kerala market.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for service-based or B2B environments.
- Strong Business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align them with KommonSpace's solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining client relationships, and supporting renewals or upselling.
- Prior experience in coworking, real estate, flexible offices, or related service industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam, conduct field visits, and meet clients in person as required.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
