Job Title: Junior ETL Developer

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, analytical, and technical support for workforce reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions.
• Maintain data pipelines, support reporting platforms, perform data quality validation, document processes, and execute testing activities to enhance workforce analytics products.
• Perform ETL operations and production support.
• Ensure data quality and validation.
• Create dashboards and reports.
• Manage documentation and knowledge resources.
• Conduct testing and regression validation activities.

Requirements

• Experience supporting data integration, reporting, or business intelligence environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL, GitHub, Python, and Databricks.
• Experience with data validation, data reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience developing ETL pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
• Minimum experience of 0 years.
