Position Summary
Client seeking a Software Test Analyst to support Agency Services in modernizing legacy VB6/.NET 3.5 desktop applications into a modern webbased platform. The analyst will work closely with QA, development, and business teams to ensure highquality delivery through structured testing processes, defect management, and clear documentation.

Local candidates only due to required onsite work and inperson interviews.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and scenarios

Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT for web applications

Review business/technical requirements for clarity and testability

Identify, document, track, and retest defects; collaborate with developers and business teams

Create and maintain test data; validate results against requirements

Participate in requirement reviews, design sessions, project meetings, and walkthroughs

Coordinate testing activities and provide status, risks, and recommendations

Support production validation, releases, upgrades, and changemanagement tasks

Maintain QA documentation, evidence, defect logs, and project artifacts

Recommend improvements to QA processes, tools, and automation opportunities

Provide guidance to junior QA analysts

Ensure compliance with security, development, documentation, and quality standards

Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree

5+ years professional experience in DevSecOps practices and technologies

Handson experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (test plans, test cases)

Experience working with customers to develop acceptance criteria and user concepts

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a tester or with testing tools
