AI Developer

We are looking for an AI Developer  to help clients design, implement, and optimize Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, RAG architectures, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Gather client requirements and design AI-powered solutions.
• Set up and configure LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.).
• Build AI chatbots, copilots, AI agents, and RAG applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Optimize prompts, model performance, and user experience.
• Ensure security, scalability, and governance of AI implementations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Preferred:

• Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio experience.
• AI/Cloud certifications.
• Experience building enterprise AI agents and copilots.
