Role: Vice President, Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Investor Relations function.
• Develop and execute an effective investor relations strategy.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings releases, conference calls, and investor presentations.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on investor sentiment and market trends.
• Lead the preparation and review of investor-related communications, including annual reports and proxy statements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the capital markets.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company with the investment community.

• Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.
