Position:  Data Collector Operation
Location: 831 Slater Road, Durham NC-27703 (Onsite)/Santa Clara, CA.onsite
Duration: FTE/ Direct Hire
Salary : $50k + Benefits(Max)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented EH&S Site Operator to perform daily safety testing on Class 1 laser hardware systems within a secure, high-compliance environment. This role is critical to ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth operation of advanced hardware testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily laser safety tests using approved EH&S checklists
Maintain accurate testing logs and compliance records
Monitor hardware systems to ensure safe operation
Identify and escalate safety risks or equipment issues
Enforce strict safety and no-phone policies
Support adherence to SOPs and EH&S standards

Qualifications:
Graduate
2+ year experience in safety, lab, or technical operations
Familiarity with workplace safety standards (OSHA preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs

Ability to work in high-security environments

Comfortable in controlled, no-phone work zones

The position is open for Durham, NC 27703 and Santa Clara, CA.

For the Santa Clara, CA location, we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working on a bi-weekly rotational shift schedule.

Shift timings for the Santa Clara location are:

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
