Job Title: Project Manager – Access OTDR Implementation

Location: Denver (Denver Tech Center) | On-site 4 days per week / 1 day WFH

Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

Access OTDR Implementation

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Access OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) technology across its network operations. This role will drive deployment planning, cross-functional coordination, and delivery of OTDR capabilities used to monitor and troubleshoot fiber access networks.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end implementation plan, timeline, and budget for the Access OTDR rollout.
  • Coordinate with network engineering, field operations, and vendor/OEM teams to align on scope, integration points, and deployment sequencing.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure testing, training, and documentation are completed prior to go-live.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in project coordination, technical project management, or engineering operations support.
  • Familiarity with fiber access networks and test/monitoring equipment (OTDR experience a plus).
  • Comfort working in a technical environment alongside software and systems engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • OTDR experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and at least one project or issue-tracking tool
