Workday Extend Configurator-Remote

We are seeking two (2) Workday Extend professionals for a potential contract-to-hire opportunity. The detailed job description is provided below. We would prefer that at least one candidate possesses a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in Workday Extend development.

2+ years of HR Technology experience (Workday).

2+ years of most recent hands-on experience in building and debugging

Workday Extend Applications, creating Workday custom reports, calculated fields and XSLTs.

Proven ability in determining IT system requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Expertise in utilizing product configurators, specifically within the Workday platform (Workday Extend, Studio, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

AI & Intelligent Systems Requirements

Basic, high-level understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and

Machine Learning (ML) concepts, with awareness of common use cases.
