The Process Associate / Analyst is responsible for issuing, reviewing, and managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure accurate documentation of insurance coverage. This role supports clients, producers, and account managers by delivering timely and compliant certificates while maintaining high service quality.

What We''re Looking For

• Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance principles and coverage types.
• COI Experience: Hands-on experience or exposure to Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing.
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in ACORD forms (especially ACORD 25) and certificate issuance standards.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to accurately interpret and process complex COI requests from clients.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies before issuance.
• Endorsements & Clauses: Good understanding of endorsements such as Additional Insured (AI), Waiver of Subrogation (WOS), and Primary & Non-Contributory (PNC) clauses.
• Compliance: Awareness of legal and compliance implications related to COIs.
