• Senior Salesforce Engineer (7+ years' experience) to build, configure and integrate new customer service desk.
• Experience successfully delivering using Service Cloud and Lightning.
• Working knowledge of building integration via API, MuleSoft, Kafka.
• Working knowledge in MQ/CD/Kafka/API and data mapping between systems.
• Able to take the lead in engineering discussions with architects, Client- Experience in UX design, Data Profiling and Modelling skills a bonus.
