Job description

About the Role

Join a small team building AI-powered products and infrastructure for business users. You will own major product modules end to end, turning open-ended goals into simple, production-ready tools that customers can use independently.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own user-facing products across AI agents, app building, mobile experiences, and headless SaaS capabilities such as identity, content management, files, email, and commerce.

  • Take ownership of broad product areas, shaping solutions from initial goals through launch and refinement based on user feedback.

  • Partner with company leadership to define requirements and iterate on products for technical and non-technical users.

  • Design straightforward experiences that help users manage critical business systems.

  • Lead features through product design, architecture, data modeling, API design, production launch, and post-launch iteration.

  • Build core SaaS capabilities including billing, entitlements, analytics, experimentation, feature flags, internationalization, and notifications.

  • Use AI coding tools in your daily development workflow to work efficiently and move quickly.

What We're Looking For

  • Typically 2 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering, with demonstrated growth into senior or staff-level scope.

  • Strong full-stack skills, especially frontend development, with experience using TypeScript, React, and production databases such as Postgres, Redis, or ClickHouse.

  • Evidence of owning and shipping a complete product module, not only small features or bug fixes.

  • Production experience with Temporal or a comparable durable workflow orchestration system.

  • Experience managing infrastructure as code with CDK or Terraform and orchestrating server or container fleets using tools such as Kubernetes or Docker on AWS.

  • Strong production database skills, including schema design, scaling, and performance tuning.

  • Daily experience with AI coding tools and the ability to explain your workflow.

  • At least one year at a fast-growing startup or high-bar product or developer tools company, or relevant founder experience.

  • Experience building infrastructure for AI agents or machine learning workloads is a plus.
