Scrum Master / Product Owner

Job Descriptions:
4+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master

4+ years of practical Agile experience (e.g. Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer on a scrum team, Project Manager, or Business System Consultant working directly with scrum teams)

Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Web Technologies (.NET or J2EE, SQL, Front-end Javascripts)

Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban

Understanding of Agile empirical data, as well as valuable Scrum patterns and techniques such as burn-down
techniques, numerous retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc;

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of technology support: for application development teams

Knowledge and understanding of technology production support: fast-paced dynamic customer-facing application which requires high availability; Ability to manage mission-critical or highly available platforms or applications; Ability to manage large complex cross-matrix organization that includes: multiple business, technology and risk disciplines with direct leadership; The development of the strategy for information security; and implementation of roadmaps for the Enterprise; Preferably Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM)
