Project Manager – Groundworks & RC Frame | Immediate Start | Hertfordshire A leading specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for an immediate start on a major Groundworks and Reinforced Concrete (RC) Frame development in Hertfordshire. • Manage the delivery of a Groundworks & RC Frame project from site through to completion.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
• Oversee programme, quality, health & safety, and commercial performance.
• Work closely with clients, engineers, and senior management to ensure project milestones are achieved. Requirements
• Proven experience managing Groundworks and RC Frame projects.
• Strong engineering background (preferred).
• Previous experience working for a specialist Groundworks or RC Frame contractor.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) certification would be highly advantageous. What's on Offer
