Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OnBase Administrator/Developer to manage, maintain, and optimize the Hyland OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. This role will serve as one of four primary points of contact for system administration, workflow development, configuration, upgrades, and user support, ensuring secure and efficient document management operations.

Required Skills & Experience

8 10+ years of hands-on experience in Hyland OnBase Administration, Configuration, Engineering, System Administration, Custom Queries, Advanced Capture, and Forms Development.

Required Certifications:

• OnBase Certified System Administrator OR OnBase Certified Installer
• OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator OR OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer

Strong experience with:

• OnBase Configuration
• OnBase Studio
• Unity Management Console (UMC)
• RESTful & SOAP API Development
• Daily OnBase Technical Support
• Incident & Change Management
• OnBase System Administration
• OnBase System Upgrades
• Writing custom SQL queries in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server

Preferred Skills:

• OnBase WorkView Certification
• OnBase Certified API Certification
• Experience with VBScript, PowerShell, C#.NET, SQL, REST APIs, and HTML

Soft Skills:

• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
