Salesforce Lead Analyst

Salesforce Functional Lead 6 8 Month Contract Our client is seeking two experienced Salesforce Functional Leads to support a major Salesforce initiative integrating two business segments and B2C data into the corporate Salesforce instance.
This role will focus primarily on Salesforce Service Cloud, with some exposure to Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. The ideal consultant will lead detailed design sessions, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and create clear documentation of designs, processes, and flows.
You will also support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training activities while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Remote or onsite -both are options
What We're Looking For:

• Strong Salesforce functional experience, particularly with Service Cloud
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud is a plus
• Proven ability to lead detailed design and requirements sessions
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Ability to document functional designs, workflows, and processes
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and training
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• No sponsorship given
