What you ll be doing
You ll have the opportunity to:
- Plan, create and deliver engaging multimedia content, including video, photography, graphics and written content.
- Develop and manage content calendars and digital communications plans.
- Create compelling content for channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
- Manage and publish content through Content Management Systems and digital platforms.
- Support campaigns, events and wider communications projects from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
- Monitor and report on website and social media performance, using data and insight to inform future activity.
- Create content that connects with diverse audiences and meets accessibility and best-practice standards.
- Support community engagement and help build positive relationships with our audiences.
- Provide digital communications advice to colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Work with external partners and suppliers where required.
- Help protect and strengthen Forward s brand, reputation and digital presence through high standards of governance and professional practice.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a busy and fast-paced communications environment.
About you
We re looking for a creative and confident digital communications professional with at least 18 months experience in a similar role. You ll have strong writing, content creation and project management skills, experience across social media and digital platforms, and the ability to use data and insight to improve engagement. You ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities, building relationships and working independently in a fast-paced communications environment.
