The Role • Independently identify potential new clients and actively work within your sales territory daily. • Convince new business customers (SMEs) with our innovative product portfolio through phone and in-person interactions. • Conduct needs analyses in customer meetings, present tailored solutions, and achieve contract closures. • Maintain and build long-term customer relationships after the initial contract. • Stay updated on product knowledge through e-learning and training. What You'll Need • Proven sales experience, particularly in new business acquisition. • A valid driver's license (Class B) for daily field work. • Empathy and strong closing skills to understand customer needs and secure new business. • Ambition, discipline, and resilience to meet KPIs and overcome objections. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluent German proficiency. • Self-directed and proactive with a hands-on approach to managing your sales week.
