Role Overview:
Finance Associate role is based in udaipur. Finance Associate will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and record management. The role involves assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, accounting processes, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and day-to-day finance activities. The Finance Associate will work closely with the Finance Manager and other departments to maintain financial efficiency and support business decision-making.
Key Responsbilities:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other regulatory compliances.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and working capital management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support financial analysis and provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments for finance-related requirements.
Qualifications:
- CA Intermediate preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, or related functions preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Must have good knowledge of compliance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
