Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders and document system, data, and functional requirements.
2. Analyze relational data, business rules, and system processes using SQL and query tools to identify issues and validate information.
3. Create and maintain requirements documentation, data definitions, validation rules, process flows, and other project artifacts.
4. Collaborate with developers, architects, vendors, and infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC to resolve issues and support solution delivery.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, and supporting complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
Technical Skills	SQL, Relational Databases, Requirements Management, Data Analysis, Data Modeling, SDLC, Jira, Requirements Documentation
Business / Domain Skills	Business Requirements, Data Requirements, Stakeholder Management, Process Analysis, Issue Resolution, Technical Documentation
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting large-scale or complex technology implementations involving multiple stakeholders.
2. Experience with requirements and issue-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
3. Experience working with public-sector, education, or other regulated environments is preferred.
