The Role

• Oversee on-site damage assessment, quotation, budget planning, and calculation.
• Create project plans and manage all necessary measures through to completion.
• Advise and support clients from architecture, expert, and claims management sectors.
• Act as the liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor construction managers and project staff.
• Ensure documentation of all work steps and timely execution of construction projects.

What You'll Need

• Solid construction technical training or a completed trade apprenticeship with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in project execution within damage restoration is preferred.
• A lateral entry with suitable technical training is possible, with opportunities for further qualification.
• Basic knowledge of BGB and VOB; ERP software knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork skills, and competence in both technical and business administration.
