Senior Highways Engineer

Role: Senior Highways Engineer Location: Surbiton Salary: £40-£55k (DOE) Ref: MAR308 Our client, an established and respected civil structural consultancy, is recruiting a Senior Highways Engineer due to continued and sustained growth to be based out of their Surbiton office.

As a Senior Highways Engineer you will be working as part of a team on the design of some interesting highways projects both public and private sector, medium and large schemes.

As a Senior Highways Engineer you will be working in a friendly and relaxed collaborative work environment with a team of very experienced and chartered engineers, to share ideas and be supported and learn from, the role offers hybrid working to fit into your lifestyle.

On offer:<br />salary up to £55k base<br />25 days holiday<br />6 % pension<br />Transparent progression opportunity<br />Yearly Bonus<br />flexible/hybrid working About You and the role:<br />• A key focus will be providing technical expertise and managing highway projects, from feasibility and inception through to detailed design<br />• Provide direction and leadership to junior members of the team.<br />• Ensuring work and output is completed to a high standard.<br />• Some experience of drainage design would be nice but not essential.<br />• You will be experienced with software such as Civils3D, Microdrainage, Causeway Flow, Autocad or similar design software What to do next:
