Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), with 12+ years of progressive infrastructure experience and at least 5 years in senior engineering, architecture, lead, or technical leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional infrastructure initiatives within hybrid enterprise environments, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, project execution, risk management, documentation, prioritization, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to effectively present technical concepts, architecture decisions, risk assessments, investment recommendations, and operational impacts to both technical and business audiences.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead through ambiguity, and deliver secure, reliable, scalable, and resilient technology solutions; relevant industry certifications and experience within regulated industries are highly desirable.
