Are you a Sales Manager, Project Manager or Business Development Manager with a construction background, looking for a varied role where you'll manage the entire customer journey from initial enquiry through to project completion while helping grow a specialist oak framing business?

On offer is the opportunity to join one of the UK's leading oak framing and sawmilling specialists, supplying bespoke timber solutions for residential and commercial projects. You'll work directly with homeowners, architects, developers and contractors, combining sales, commercial management and project delivery within a growing family-run business.

In this role, you'll manage incoming enquiries, carry out client meetings and site visits, prepare budgets and quotations, negotiate contracts and oversee projects from order through to successful completion. Working closely with the workshop, estimators and installation teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time while providing an outstanding customer experience.

This role would suit a Sales Manager, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager or Contracts Manager with construction experience who enjoys building client relationships, managing projects and delivering commercially successful outcomes.

The Role

• Manage enquiries from initial contact through to project completion
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and consultations
• Prepare budgets, quotations and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate projects with workshop and installation teams
• Build relationships with homeowners, architects and contractors
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring excellent customer service

The Person

• Construction industry experience
• Sales and commercial management background
• Able to read construction drawings
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commutable to Tetbury
