Programmer Analyst III | Oracle APEX Developer | Oracle PL/SQL | SQL | JavaScript

We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst III / Oracle APEX Developer to join a long-term enterprise modernization initiative. This role is ideal for a developer with strong expertise in Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL, and JavaScript who enjoys modernizing legacy applications, building secure enterprise solutions, and developing scalable web applications.

This position involves migrating legacy Oracle web applications to Oracle APEX, developing new application features, optimizing database performance, and integrating enterprise systems using modern web services.

What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
• Migrate legacy Oracle PL/SQL web applications to modern Oracle APEX architecture.
• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL code including procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
• Build responsive user interfaces using JavaScript and jQuery.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP Web Services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
• Work closely with business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement secure coding standards and application best practices.
• Support deployment, maintenance, and ongoing application enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle Database development (11g, 18c, or 19c)
• 5+ years of Oracle APEX development
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming experience
• Experience with JavaScript and/or jQuery
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise web applications
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
