MediQuest Staffing is hiring Two Credentialing Specialists for a remote contract role supporting dental provider credentialing/recredentialing for a major health plan.

Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, PST hours | 7:00am-4:00pm (flexible start time; 9-hour shift incl. 1-hour lunch)
Responsibilities for a Credentialing Specialist:

• Review provider recredentialing due dates and regulatory requirements
• Outreach to dental offices/providers via phone, email, and fax
• Perform QA review of credentialing documents before sending to a CVO (Credentials Verification Organization)
• Follow up for missing information and track completion status
• Update credentialing systems and internal recredentialing logs
• Monitor and manage shared credentialing inboxes

Requirements for Credentialing Specialist:

• Experience in Dental credentialing, Health Plan credentialing, or Dental office admin/operations
• Comfortable in high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with providers and office staff
• Experience with CVOs, CAQH, credentialing databases (preferred)
• NCQA/URAC experience preferred
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Teams, PDFs
