Retail Sales Representative

Astound seeks Retail Sales Representatives to promote our high-speed internet, TV, and phone services to residential customers in a dynamic, customer-first environment. You'll greet and engage walk-in customers, identify needs, present tailored telecom and WiFi solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, processing orders and payments, handling basic billing questions, and supporting local community and in-store events. You'll collaborate closely with your team, stay current on promotions and technologies, and represent Astound's commitment to reliable broadband and outstanding service.
