The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions aligned with user story requirements.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and address production issues efficiently.
• Break down complex epics and stories into technical tasks with accurate estimations.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure within AWS, focusing on cost, performance, and security.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities to enhance code quality and drive innovation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in designing and developing web applications.
• 4+ years of experience building and deploying applications in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or React.js, coupled with experience in Git.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers and championing best practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipelines.
