Sunquest / Clinical Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Sunquest / Clinical Analyst with strong expertise in Sunquest Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) to support configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support activities in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain tests, batteries, worksheets, billing information, and reference ranges in Sunquest.
• Configure and maintain laboratory instruments, calculations, printers, and send-out tests.
• Manage user access and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot interface, order, result, and application issues.
• Support HL7 interfaces and resolve message-related issues.
• Perform new instrument setup and LOINC code configuration.
• Create patients, place orders, and manage result workflows.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and participate in weekend on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Support maintenance activities and cross-functional project requirements.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience with Sunquest LIS.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 messaging and interface troubleshooting.
• Experience with laboratory workflows, instrument integration, and LOINC configuration.
• Hands-on experience with production support, incident resolution, and system maintenance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekend on-call schedules.
