Ready to lead a high-performing automotive sales team in Norwich and take an already successful operation to the next level? My client is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who can inspire a talented team, drive exceptional commercial performance and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

As Sales Manager, you ll take ownership of the complete customer journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and aftercare. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you ll lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail sales team while remaining hands-on and visible across the showroom. You ll also oversee vehicle ordering, preparation and delivery, analyse KPIs and performance, and identify opportunities to increase sales and continuously improve the customer experience.
