Job Description

Role: Senior Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) SME
Location: San Jose, CA / Texas - Remote with occasional travel
Duration: 6 Months
Type: Contract

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in the Oracle ecosystem with strong expertise in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
  • Experience implementing OGL with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM.
  • Strong knowledge of digital adoption, change management, governance, and user adoption strategies.
  • Ability to design OGL frameworks, review solution architecture, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Experience working with business leaders, functional teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations through go-live and post-production.

Preferred

  • Experience across multiple Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud release management.
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Oracle certifications (preferred).
  • Exposure to other Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) and organizational change management.
