Senior Technical Program Manager

Operates within a high-performing, largely self-managed team leveraging Hybrid Agile methodologies

Partners closely with the Scrum Master to ensure effective delivery execution and continuous improvement

Works side-by-side with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and drive outcomes

Collaborates with the Portfolio Manager to align on priorities, roadmap, and strategic objectives

Drive end-to-end project delivery across cloud platform initiatives

Facilitate backlog refinement, planning, and execution in alignment with Hybrid Agile practices

Ensure clarity of requirements, dependencies, and risks across engineering teams

Enable team autonomy while maintaining alignment with broader organizational goals

Track and communicate program status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders

Strong technical project management background in cloud platform or infrastructure domains

Experience working in Hybrid Agile environments with high-performing, self-directed teams

Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across engineering and leadership roles

Strong communication skills and ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
