Cluster Manager

We are hiring for Cluster Manager for Nanded location

Work Experience required - 5-7 years in relevant field

Educational qualifications - Engineering / Agri Sciences Graduate / PG

Key Purpose :

Manage the warehouse operations at cluster level and provide direction and support to the warehouse teams while managing the operations effectively and efficiently from time and cost perspective

Key responsibilities involved :

1. Aggregation Planning & Readiness

• Prepare aggregation plan for each Biomass Bank, aligned with sales and purchase requirements
• Conduct Aggregation Readiness Reviews, ensuring availability and preparedness of:
• Farmers and acres
• Aggregation partners
• Tractors, drivers, and field resources
• Develop and maintain a 12-week rolling aggregation plan (Biomass, FOM & Other Bio Products)
• Plan and monitor collection targets (MT) and track plan vs actuals daily
• Identify deviations and update the next day's plan to address gaps

2. Equipment & Delivery Planning

• Ensure active equipment availability at each location in line with aggregation and sales plans
• Develop and manage:
• Delivery equipment plans (Tractor-Trolley, EV vehicles)
• Equipment deployment plans (Trolley, Slasher, Raker, Baler)
• Track equipment deployment and utilization against plan
• Prepare and monitor the FOM delivery schedule to optimize vehicle utilization and keep OPEX within budget

3. Productivity, Quality & Compliance Monitoring

• Monitor baler productivity against defined benchmarks
• Highlight productivity deviations to Rural Sales Operations Executives and OEMs and drive corrective action
• Monitor inward quality, especially moisture levels
• Flag quality deviations to:
• Warehouse Supervisor (for SOP-compliant stacking)
• Rural Sales Operations Executive (to avoid future deviations)

4. Commercial & Partner Management

• Lead aggregation partner rate negotiations and contract finalization
• Manage commercial adjustments for aggregation partners related to:
• Quality deviations
• Fuel
• Other recoverable costs

5. Platform Operations & Reporting

• Oversee platform operations related to aggregation, deliveries, and documentation
• Ensure timely invoice upload on customer portals and conduct regular reviews
• Release weekly aggregation and delivery reports
• Conduct fortnightly AR/AP reviews and coordinate with finance teams for closure

6. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Own the sales plan for all Bio Products:
• Annual plan broken down into monthly and weekly targets
• Prepare the operations plan aligned with the approved sales plan
• Drive alignment between sales demand, aggregation capacity, equipment availability, and delivery plans
• Monitor execution quality and provide corrective guidance where required.

• Knowledge of agricultural map of region, social, cultural & economic aspects of rural environment, biomass supply chain
